Orange County Wheelmen - For the 1st annual Pacific Coast 100, I developed a high-impact visual identity inspired by traditional Japanese woodblock art. The "Great Wave" motif serves as a powerful metaphor for the strength and rhythm of the coastal route. By integrating a cyclist directly into the swell of the wave, I created a sense of motion and immersion in the environment. The design features a subtle, repeating wave-pattern texture on the sleeves and shoulders, balanced by a bold, script-based typographic header for a professional, classic finish.
